... nervousness ensues. This could have a huge impact on other such measures, since this will undoubtedly go all the way to the Supreme Court. Here in Michigan we also had a measure pass which denies my partner of 13 years from enjoying all the automatic property, insurance, economic, inheritance and power-of-attorney benefits which come with a state license.
