Buffy has a confrontation with all of the visitors to Sunnydale: Orlando of the Knights think that she has killed Dante; the Council feels that they can control her; and Glory decides she isn't acting very 'motivated' to get her Key to her... how is she going to handle these players, and what is Spike's role?

While Spike is whiling away the hours thinking about Xander, Harmony is roaming Sunnydale. Faith has a disturbing dream and wonders what she should do about it.

I posted Chapter 5 of the current story in the spanderverse community. In other news, feeling anxious right now... mostly bills and money issues. I mean, it's not bad, I'm a lot better off than some, but don't you sometimes just want to say "screw it" and just walk away from it all. I just get tired sometimes of always being just behind... never actually catching up with everything.

And I'm having trouble with carrying Spanderverse into 'Season Six' which just sucks. I've set up some story arcs but am having a lot of trouble writing around them. Blah... never mind... on to the linkage!


A Not So Festive Christmas


How can the Summers' women expect to have a festive holiday with Dawn's secret, Glory and the Knights all hanging over their heads? And Travers showing up at their door on Christmas day doesn't help matters any.

It does convince Buffy that she may need Spike's help though and she's not too proud to ask. She does get a little, needed boost with a surprise phone call.

In Maneuvers, a new player for the Key's possession comes to Sunnydale, ratcheting up the pressure that Buffy is under. But that's nothing compared to the panic she feels when she finds Glory with Joyce!

There's a sense of happiness with the holiday season in the Summers' home, despite Glory in the background. Xander drops in on Spike with a surprise gift. Dawn's last minute shopping trip with her friend is rudely interrupted by a stranger... one who reminds her a bit too much of the guy in BTVS: Real Me who spouted gibberish at her....
